Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Dahlia Tubers

Dahlia tubers are living, perishable products. Each tuber is carefully inspected, labeled, and packed with care before shipping. Please open and inspect your order promptly upon arrival.

If there is an issue with your tubers (such as damage during transit or concerns about viability), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the tubers and packaging. After review, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Damage caused by improper storage or planting

  • Weather-related issues or growing conditions

  • Failure to grow due to soil, care, or environment

  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect viability

Growing conditions vary, and successful growth cannot be guaranteed.

Everlasting Dried Floral Hoops

Our dried floral hoops are handcrafted and designed to last for years when properly cared for. Because each piece is made by hand and contains delicate natural materials, all dried floral hoop sales are final.

If your hoop arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Normal variations in color, texture, and shape are part of the beauty of dried florals and are not considered defects.
