OUR PROMISE TO YOU
We appreciate your support and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee that our dahlia tubers will be true to the variety listed and will arrive with at least one visible eye. Upon receiving your tubers, please inspect them right away. If you have any concerns, contact us at millieandtay@outlook.com within one week of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for issues related to pests, weather conditions, improper storage, or general plant performance. All dahlia tubers we sell are grown with care on our micro farm.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Dahlia Tubers:
We currently ship within the U.S. only using USPS Priority Mail. Dahlia orders will begin shipping mid-April, once freezing temperatures are no longer a concern. Shipping rates are as follows:
• 1–3 tubers: $11.00
• 4–20 tubers: $17.00
• 21+ tubers: $23.00
Handmade cards:
We currently ship within the U.S. only using USPS Priority Mail.
• padded envelope: $7.00
ORDERING DETAILS
Cart & Checkout: Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. Your order is confirmed only after you complete checkout and receive a confirmation email. If you are shopping for highly sought-after varieties, please be aware they may sell out while you are still browsing.
Purchase Limits: To ensure more growers can enjoy our dahlias, some high-demand varieties will have purchase limits. These limits will be noted in the product title or description. If you attempt to exceed the limit, you’ll see an error message at checkout.
Combining Orders: We understand that sometimes you may want to add to your order, and we’re happy to accommodate when possible! If you’d like to combine shipping, please email us as soon as possible with your order details. Please note, while we will do our best to fulfill these requests, but cannot guarantee that all orders can be combined. Applicable shipping costs will still apply based on the total number of tubers in your combined order. (Please see shipping information above for details on rates.)
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. If using Shop Pay, please be aware that it requires SMS verification. If you experience delays receiving text messages, an alternate payment method may be a better option. For a faster checkout, we recommend saving your payment details in advance.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If an unexpected issue arises and we are unable to fulfill part or all of your order, we will issue a refund for any unshipped tubers. While we do not expect this to occur, we want to be transparent about potential unforeseen circumstances.
DAHLIA VIRUS AWARENESS
We are committed to growing and selling the healthiest dahlias possible. Millie & Tay takes dahlia viruses seriously, and we follow strict sanitation practices, including disinfecting tools between plants and removing any suspicious stock. While we do not have the capacity to test every plant, we remain dedicated to expanding our knowledge and improving plant health through best practices.
